So I want to talk about how to make the most of the sleep you can get.
Sleep isn’t just about the number of hours, although that’s important. It’s also about the quality of our sleep. I want to share with you how I helped my patients to improve the quality of their sleep in my clinical practice. There are simple things we can all do to improve our sleep to wake up rested, ready to tackle our day and able to LiveFullOut.
